Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Corn Patch Quilting.
1. Services Provided
Corn Patch Quilting provides:

Longarm quilting services
-
Quilt finishing services (assembling quilt tops, batting, and backing)
-
Binding services (if requested)
We do not manufacture quilts from raw materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Ensure quilt tops are pressed and square
-
Provide adequate backing and batting (unless otherwise arranged)
-
Disclose any delicate fabrics, embellishments, or special handling needs
We are not responsible for issues resulting from improperly prepared quilt tops.
3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on square inch measurements or agreed project rate.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due prior to return or pickup of completed quilt.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and season. We will communicate any significant delays.
5. Risk & Liability
While every quilt is handled with great care:

Corn Patch Quilting is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fabric flaws, or issues that arise due to fabric quality.

In the rare event of damage caused directly by our equipment or handling, liability is limited to the cost of the quilting service provided.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for:

Shipping costs to and from Corn Patch Quilting

Insurance on shipped quilts (recommended)
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7. Abandoned Projects
Quilts not claimed within 90 days of completion notice may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
